Owner is known for very rigid ever changing policies and not so good with communication with parents especially dads.
Her rulebook is everchanging with new rules put in place on fly because some parent did something differently that end up causing inconvinience for the rest of the parent for their lifetime.

Provider is okay with children, not so with parents. Extremely defensive and poor communication.
