This early childhood center has an incredible quiet, park-like setting with qualified elementary school teachers as Directors and one of them is a former Principal -- they are very knowledgeable and experienced in designing a well-balanced learning program. There is an atmosphere of deep care and respect and I know my child is safe when I drop them off. The materials and curriculum are amazing and they have an incredible playground for the children to use with lots of equipment. The staff attend to every need and the children are so happy going here! The food is nutritious and varied and the environment enriches all their talents at a pace that is developmentally appropriate and diverse. My son was very well cared for and educated and extremely ready for Kindergarten thanks to his program and teachers at Pinewood. I highly recommend this Preschool/Daycare!

I sent my child to this center and it is terrible. They came home dirty and were always so hungry. The teachers were so rude and ***** was very unprofessional. She had no control of the staff or any of the children including her own. He would run through the halls and scream if she wasn't around. I would not recommend the KinderCare to anyone. But the one down the street is great.

Danielle and her staff have helped me through a very difficult transition with my child. A bit different than others being she only takes babies. Her easy going personality makes this an A++++ atmosphere. And Buddy and Phoebe are the best part. They make it like a home away from home. Going to Danielle is like going to visit your favorite aunt.

DO NOT USE GINGERBREAD KIDS

**** should not be allowed to handle children. She is an unorganized manager and cannot hold a decent employee if her life depended on it. Everyday there are different teachers because someone has quit or been fired (then usually rehired because she cannot find any good help). Most teachers aren't CPR certified, fingerprinted, or even have any experience with children. Also she does not require drug screening for her employees, initially or periodically. I feel that an initial drug screening should be required and that all current employees should also be screened. I know of instances where the employees are leaving their children alone so that they could go vomit in the restroom. **** would not let them leave work sick. On top of everything the toys are filthy, outdated, and never have batteries.
To sum it up....
There are plenty of places to get great child care, do not be fooled by this place.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Most child care centers are operated in high regards to the regulations put forth my local city, county, and state rules. However some facilities have been found negligent in the past. When evaluating a child care center ask quesions about the age of infants and children accepted, drop in childcare policies, and what childcare solutions are available in your price range. Childcare forms often ask questions about vouchers, tax credits and household income to determine what the rates and overall costs to you are. Childcare workers are ofen certified and highly qualified and licensed to provide assistance to any situation you might need.
