Horrible Experience!

I would not recommend Nana's if you're looking for an environment where your child will learn what they need they need for life and school. Nana's touts itself as a preschool, but it's more of a babysitting service, and a mediocre one at that. The teachers only begrudgingly interact with the kids, who are mostly in charge of entertaining themselves. During the month my son attended, he did not do one single art project, did not do *one single thing* educationally, and the only thing he ever brought home was fund raising materials so Nana's could purchase more toys. It took 3 weeks for the teacher to scrawl my son's name on a white label with a Sharpie, so he had his own cubbie box, which - I feel - is a horrible way to make a new-comer feel welcome. In addition, kids are moved from room-to-room if there isn't a proper child-to-teacher ratio (and I'm sorry, but I was paying for my son to attend pre-school and have a pre-school curriculum -- not play with 2 year olds).

A Mother's Dream Come True!

All-Star Daycare is a mother's dream come true! It took me over three months to find a daycare for my daughter! But I knew All-Star was the perfect place for my 2yr-old because it was the only place she felt comfortable enough to stray away from my arms. The All-Star providers are excellent caretakers who will love your child like their own. They are extremely experienced and their love for children is an obvious reflection. What I love best about All-Star is that they provide my daughter with fun and valuable educational activities, within a family-oriented environment. My daughter has learned so much in the short 9 months she's atttended this daycare. I am very grateful for them and the amazing love and care they continue to provide my daughter and all the lucky children at All-Star Daycare!

Beware of rigid policies

Owner is known for very rigid ever changing policies and not so good with communication with parents especially dads.
Her rulebook is everchanging with new rules put in place on fly because some parent did something differently that end up causing inconvinience for the rest of the parent for their lifetime.

CCDS is the BEST!

My son has been going to CCDS for the past two years and we are thrilled with the quality of education he has received. Ms. Campbell has been great and we really love Ms. Melissa, Mr. Darrell, and the breakfast/lunch program as well. Although the school costs a bit more than other local schools, you get the quality you pay for. The teachers seem happy to be there and knowledgable in their field!

Good Place for a toddler / child.

This place has been a very good beginning for my son, who started going to the Little Hands Family Child Care in Tustin, CA, when he was about 3½ years in February 2008. He has been going there for almost the past 1½ years now, and has improved himself a lot in all aspects, because of the personal attention, and care provided by the teacher, who is a Montessori trained teacher.
Education-wise, he is able to read multiple English words, able to do Math - additions, and subtractions. He has made a few good friends while he enjoyed his "stay" here during the day times.
The number of students intake is limited here, and that is the reason for the personal care / attention provided towards each of the students by the teacher. Overall, it is a good day care for a toddler, or a child.

Love Brookie's Mom!

Our son has been going to Miss Sheila's (Brookie's Mom) since he was 20 months old and we couldn't be happier. Miss Sheila has been teaching preschoolers for over 20 years and it shows. Wonderful small group care, very focused on age-appropriate tasks and comfort. The areas are geared towards fun and learning. We were so impressed that we added an extra day. Our son is now 22 months old and is doing well. He's very social and enjoys the interaction. Skip the institutionalized daycare and put your child someplace he or she will thrive: Brookie's Mom.

Adrina does not care about the workers there, she cured me out when i was doing the right thing, and hat was to call CPS, on her friend that was doing drugs, and abusing her daughter.

They Are Amazing!

If you are looking for a safe loving environment for your child these are the people to go to. I have two boys, a 6 and 1 year old and my kids love them so much. My youngest has been with them since he was 2 months old. They are not one of those daycares that just watch your kid all day! They actually interact with the children. My kids have learned so much from them. My husband and I absolutely adore them. We live about 40 minutes away from there location and we rather make the commute then to move are kids to a closer daycare, they are that great. There are no words to describe how amazing they are. Cesar and Jenny have made a remarkable place in my family's heart. I highly recommend them. I don't know what we would do without them.

Most child care centers are operated in high regards to the regulations put forth my local city, county, and state rules. However some facilities have been found negligent in the past. When evaluating a child care center ask quesions about the age of infants and children accepted, drop in childcare policies, and what childcare solutions are available in your price range. Childcare forms often ask questions about vouchers, tax credits and household income to determine what the rates and overall costs to you are. Childcare workers are ofen certified and highly qualified and licensed to provide assistance to any situation you might need.
